OLIVIA'S BIRTHDAY CAKE 
2 pkg. ladyfingers (non-filled)
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, separated
2 c. heavy cream
Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate curls, nuts, cherries, etc.

Line 9-inch springform pan with ladyfingers, rounded sides against pan. Cover bottom of pan as good as possible with remaining ladyfingers.

In small bowl beat egg whites until stiff. Melt chocolate chips in a large microwave-safe bowl (1-2 minutes). Add softened cream cheese, sugar, salt and vanilla; beat until creamy. Add egg yolks; mix well.

Fold stiff egg whites into chocolate mixture along with whipped cream. Pour into lined pan. Chill overnight. Remove springform pan and add garnish as desired.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
