HEAVENLY VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. French green beans
1 pkg. baby Lima beans
1 pkg. sm. peas
3 green peppers, cut in narrow strips
1 1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese or cheddar cheese
Fresh ground pepper
Touch of salt

Put all vegetables in just enough boiling salted water just until thawed and drain and cool them. Mix cream, mayonnaise, cheese, pepper and salt together. Butter casserole dish and place barely cooked vegetables in and cover with cheese sauce and bake uncovered in preheated 325 degree oven for 50 minutes (until brownish or puffy). If not using right away, will keep in refrigerator for a couple of days.
