ZUCCHINI-VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
Fresh green beans
Green summer squash
Celery
Green pepper
1 or more onions or onion powder
Lg. can stewed tomatoes
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese
Seasoned bread crumbs

Slice enough vegetables to fill your casserole dish. Over this, sprinkle flour, sugar, salt, pepper and onion powder. Pour melted butter over this. Spread stewed tomatoes over the top. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and seasoned bread crumbs on top. Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven or until done. Can also be baked in microwave oven.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
