CORN CAKES 
1 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. bacon drippings
1 can whole kernel corn, drained

Sift flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Combine eggs, milk, bacon drippings and mix well. Pour into flour mixture. Beat until well mixed. Stir in drained corn. Drop by tablespoon on hot greased griddle.
