CORN CAKES 
3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 can (8 3/4 oz.) cream style corn
1 tbsp. butter, melted

In small bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Set aside. In medium bowl combine eggs, milk and butter. Add flour mixture and stir. Drop on hot skillet.
