FRENCH FRIED POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 1/4 lb. frozen French fries
1/2 stick butter
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk
Paprika
Cheese grated, optional

Place potatoes in buttered 9 by 13 baking dish. Dot with butter. Sprinkle onion, parsley, salt and pepper on potatoes. Combine soup and milk; stir to mix; and pour over all.

Sprinkle with paprika and cheese. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
