OVEN-FRIED POTATOES 
12 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. vegetable oil

Place potatoes in 2 large resealable plastic bags. Combine the Parmesan cheese and seasonings; add to potatoes and shake to coat. Pour oil into two 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pans; pour potatoes into pans.

Bake, uncovered, at 375°F for 40 to 50 minutes or until tender.

Yield: 12 to 14 servings.
