STUFFED CUBE STEAK 
4 cube steaks
Pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. water
1/3 c. rice, cooked
1 can tomatoes, lg.
2 tbsp. butter

Wipe steaks with cloth; roll in mixture of 1/4 teaspoon salt, pepper and flour. Combine crumbs, poultry seasoning, onion, butter and water to make stuffing. Place steaks cut side up and cover each with 1/4 of the mixture, fold steaks over mixture and fasten with a toothpick and place in baking dish. Place rice around meat rolls and add tomatoes, remaining salt and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
