BEEF CUBES IN MUSHROOM SAUCE 
1 lb. cubed round steak
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (4 c.) can beef gravy
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
1/4 tsp. basil leaves
1/4 c. claret wine (optional)

Heat 3 teaspoons oil in electric skillet. Dredge meat in seasoned flour; brown. Push meat to side of pan. Add onion and garlic; cook 3 minutes. Add gravy, mushrooms and basil. Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until tender. Add claret. Serve on hot rice.
