FRESH FRUIT PIZZA 
DOUGH:

1/2 c. Crisco
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. salt

GLAZE:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Mix "dough" ingredients as you would for cookies. Pat onto greased cookie sheet or pizza pan. (Dough expands about 1 inch so do not press it to outer edge of pan!) Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.

Mix together 8 oz. cream cheese and 14 oz. Cool Whip. Spread over cool pizza shell.

In "circular" design, layer on fruit. Begin at outer edge with strawberries, then bananas, fresh or canned peaches (well drained), sliced kiwi, or whatever you like. In center, use chunky or crushed pineapple. Fill in any empty spaces with pineapple.

Mix glaze ingredients. Bring to boil for 1 minute. Cool so you can spread it over fruit. Chill about 4 hours before serving.
