ROBERTO'S CHEESE CAKE 
1 c. Lorna Doone cookie crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter

FILLING:

1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. cream cheese
2 tbsp. melted butter

My good friend, Jeff, gave me this one.

First make the crust in a springform pan. Just mix the crust ingredients in the pan and take your fingers and press it into shape. Then get a blender and liquify the filling ingredients. Make sure you dip your finger into the finished batter to test the taste. Pour the filling into the pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool for 8 hours. Eat big slices.
