THREE GRAIN MUFFINS 
1 c. All Bran cereal
1 c. rolled oats
1 c. boiled water
1/2 c. molasses
1 c. sliced dried figs
1 c. Triticale flour or rye flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. honey
1 1/2 c. regular or wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Combine bran cereal, oats and boiling water. Add melted butter, eggs, buttermilk, molasses, honey, vanilla and figs. Blend flour, soda and salt. Add liquid ingredients. Mix lightly until blended. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
