CHEESY CHEDDAR POTATOES 
1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes with peppers and onions
2 c. (8 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 c. (2 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 375°F. Mix all ingredients, breaking up potatoes with spoon, if necessary. Spoon into 2-quart casserole dish.

Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown.

For a variation, omit the Parmesan cheese and stir in 2 cups of chopped cooked ham.
