CHEESY POTATOES 
7-8 cooked potatoes, diced in casserole
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 carton sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed
1/2 c. melted butter
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix liquid ingredients and seasoning. Pour over potatoes. Make sure mixture gets to the bottom of casserole. Mix butter and corn flakes, sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
