CHEESE BALL 
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
1 tsp. garlic

When cheese is at room temperature combine all ingredients. Form into ball and sprinkle liberally with chili powder. Wrap and let set in refrigerator for 24 hours. Serve with crackers or chips.
