CHEESE BALL 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
3 oz. bleu cheese (may use less)
10 drops Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt

Blend cream cheese, Velveeta cheese and bleu cheese; mix well. Add Tabasco sauce, garlic salt and onion salt. Mix well and refrigerate overnight. Shape and roll in chopped fine pecans. Can be made into 1 large ball or 2 smaller ones.
