PARTY CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
3/4 c. crumbled Bleu cheese (approx. 4 oz.)
1/4 c. minced onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dry roasted peanuts or walnuts, chopped

Place cream cheese in small mixer bowl. Let stand at room temperature until softened. Beat cream cheese with Bleu and Cheddar cheeses. Blend onion and Worcestershire sauce into cheeses. Shape into ball and roll in chopped nuts. Cover and chill 3 to 4 hours. (May also be made in food processor.
