PARTY HAM ROLLS | |
1 (8 oz.) jar Dijon mustard 1 c. butter, softened 2 tbsp. poppy seeds 2 (7 1/2 oz.) pkgs. party rolls About 3/4 lb. thinly sliced ham About 8 oz. thinly sliced Swiss cheese Combine mustard, butter and poppy seeds; mix well. Cut rolls in half; spread mustard mixture on each cut side. Place a small amount of ham and cheese on bottom of each roll. Cover with top half of rolls, and wrap in foil. Bake at 300 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese melts. Yield: about 3 1/2 dozen. NOTE: Rolls may be assembled ahead and frozen. To serve, thaw and bake rolls at 300 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese melts. |
