STRING BEAN CASSEROLE 
5 cans French style string beans
1/2 pt. sour cream
4 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 lbs. cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. cornflakes crumbs mixed with 2 tbsp. melted butter

Strain beans and pour into greased casserole. Melt butter in pan. Add flour and brown lightly. Add onion soup mix and sour cream, mix well. Sprinkle grated cheese over beans. Sprinkle cornflakes over beans. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 20 to 25.
