SPICED CRANBERRY CIDER 
1 qt. apple cider
3 c. cranberry juice cocktail
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 (3 inch) cinnamon sticks
3/4 tsp. whole cloves
1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
Additional cinnamon sticks (optional)

Combine first 6 ingredients in a Dutch oven, bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer 15-20 minutes. Strain cider, discarding spices and lemon. Serve hot with additional cinnamon sticks. 7 cups.
