HOT SPICE CIDER 
2 2/3 c. apple juice or cider
1/4 tsp. whole cloves
1 stick cinnamon
1/4 tsp. whole allspice
Artificial sweetener to equal 6 tsp. brown sugar

Combine cider and sweetener. Put spices in cheese cloth. Bring all to boil. Simmer 20 minutes medium heat. Stir. Remove spice bag. Serve hot. 8 ounces = 1 fruit and 60 calories.
