PARTY SAUSAGE BALLS 
1/2 lb. ground hot pork sausage
1 pkg. Bix-Mix
4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Let sausage come to room temperature. Heat oven to 325°F. With hands, combine sausage and cheese together in a bowl. Add Bix-Mix and blend thoroughly. Roll into little marble size balls and place on ungreased baking sheet.

Bake 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold.

Makes about 60 balls.
