MARINATED BARBECUED CHICKEN 
3 lb. broiler-fryer, quartered and skinned
8 oz. can tomato sauce (no salt)
1/2 c. reduced calorie Italian salad dressing
1/2 c. unsweetened orange juice
1 tsp. dried whole oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed

Place chicken in a shallow pan. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Cover and marinate 8 hours or overnight in the refrigerator, turning occasionally.

Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade. Place chicken, bone side down, on grill over medium hot coals. Grill 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes or until desired degree of doneness, turning chicken and basting with marinade about every 15 minutes. Yields: 4 servings with 255 calories each serving.
