BARBECUED MARINATED CHICKEN 
1/4 c. dry sherry
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 chicken, cut up

Marinate chicken in mixture of first 6 ingredients (easiest in a Ziploc bag; turn occasionally). Microwave chicken 18 minutes on High. Immediately transfer to barbecue and cook about 10 minutes longer, basting with marinade. (Discard excess marinade.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
