MARINATED CHICKEN BREAST 
4 chicken breasts

MARINADE:

1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. wine vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3 or 4 drops hot pepper
Crushed red pepper
1 red onion, sliced

Cover chicken with marinade. Coat and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Place chicken, skin side down, in roasting pan and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Flip, recoat, and cook for 15 more minutes.
