MELISSA'S HOT CHICKEN WING DIP 
Great for football games and parties!

3 boneless chicken breasts
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 (12 oz.) bottle hot sauce (FRANK'S® Red Hot works best)
2 cups chunky blue cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Start by boiling the chicken breasts. Mix together cream cheese and hot sauce until creamy. Add blue cheese to the mix and blend lightly. After chicken is done, shred it and add to mix.

Spray an 9x11-inch baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray (Pam) and pour in the mix. Smooth out and sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top.

Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes and bring on the tortilla chips... Enjoy!!
