THE GLADIATOR 
4 French rolls, split
Spinach leaves
1/2 lb. sliced white meat chicken roll
4 slices (4 oz.) Provolone cheese
8 slices (4 oz.) hard salami
4 green pepper rings
1/4 c. creamy cucumber salad dressing

On rolls layer spinach, chicken roll, cheese, salami and pepper. Drizzle with dressing.
