RAISIN-FILLED CEREAL BARS 
Raisin Filling
3/4 c. butter, softened
1 c. packed brown sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. granola cereal

Prepare Raisin Filling; cool. Cream butter and sugar. Stir together flour and soda. Add to creamed mixture with granola; mix well. (Mixture will be crumbly.) Pat half into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Spread with filling. Add 1 tablespoon water to remaining crumb mixture; sprinkle atop filling. Lightly press with hand. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cut into bars while warm. Makes 32.

RAISIN FILLING: Mix 1/2 cup granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon cornstarch. Stir in 2 cups raisins and 1 cup water. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat; stir in 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
