FROZEN FRUIT SALAD | |
1 c. sour cream 1 (4 1/2 oz.) carton frozen whipped dessert topping (thawed) 1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. vanilla 1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained) 2 med. bananas (diced) 2/3 c. maraschino cherries (sliced) 1/2 c. walnuts (chopped) In a mixing bowl, blend together sour cream, dessert topping, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla. Fold in fruit and nuts. Turn into about a 4 to 6 cup mold. Freeze several hours or overnight. Let stand about 30 minutes before serving. Makes 8 servings. |
