FROZEN FRUIT FANTASY 
3/4 c. graham cracker or cookie crumbs
1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream
2 c. vanilla frosting
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. whole fresh or frozen unsugared strawberries or blueberries (do not thaw)
1/2 c. seedless grapes
1/2 c. sliced peaches
10 maraschino cherries, halved
2 med. bananas, sliced crosswise
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1 can (8 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained

Sprinkle 1/2 cup crumbs in bottom of 8 or 9 inch square pan.

In large bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in frosting and all fruit. Spoon over crumbs in pan. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Freeze 4 hours. Serves 16.

Tip: If mixture freezes firm, allow to thaw at room temperature 1 1/2 hours before serving.
