FROZEN FRUIT CUPS 
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 (8 oz.) can frozen orange juice
Fruit, fresh or canned (bananas, grapes, peaches, strawberries)

Boil sugar and water. Add orange juice; let cool. Add fresh fruit or canned, use juice from the fruit. Put in clear plastic glasses and freeze. Take out of freeze a short time ahead or may be eaten right away.
