CLAM SPREAD | |
12 oz. cream or Neufchatel cheese 1 can clams with liquid 1 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. garlic powder Let cheese get soft. Combine all ingredients. Let set several hours before serving. Very tasty on seasoned Rye-Krisp. (Don't add all liquid at once, just enough for creamy consistency.) Note: Shrimp (canned) may be substituted for clams, just as good. |
