GERMAN GULASCH 
1 pkg. beef stew meat
1 lg. onion
1 bay leaf
Paprika
Caraway seeds
Salt
Marjoram
Regina
Vinegar
Water

Fry onions golden brown. Pour 1 tall glass of hot water in skillet, put bay leaf, paprika, dash of vinegar, salt and ground caraway seeds and marjoram. Dust with plain flour, cook a few minutes. Then add the cut up meat, cover and cook on low heat until done. Mix up flour with water and slowly pour into skillet, cook a few minutes more. Serve over hot rice.
