HOT GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
1 lb. Kielbasa OR Polish sausage, sliced thinly
4-6 strips bacon
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
4 c. cooked potatoes, diced
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/3 c. celery, thinly sliced

Fry bacon in large skillet. Remove bacon strips. In drippings, saute onion and celery. Add salt, pepper, sugar, dry mustard, water and vinegar. Boil 2 minutes. Crumble bacon and add to skillet along with sausage, potatoes and mayonnaise. Heat through on low. Serves 6.

Sausage may be cooked according to package directions and served alongside or on top potato salad.
