HOT BAKED POTATO SALAD | |
8 med. potatoes, cooked & cooled 3/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, diced (reserve some cheese for topping) 1 c. mayonnaise 1/3 c. onion, chopped 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/3 c. bacon, cut in pieces & fried limp 1/4 c. stuffed olives, sliced Peel and dice potatoes. Combine potatoes, cheese, mayonnaise, onion, salt and pepper. Place in a 7 x 11 inch baking dish. Top with cheese, bacon and olives. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees. |
