BAKED POTATO SALAD 
8 cooked, peeled and sliced potatoes
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Toss ingredients together. Put into 1 1/2 or 2 quart buttered oblong baking dish. Top with:

TOPPING:

1/2 lb. bacon, partially cooked
1/4 c. sliced olives (optional)

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Yields 10 servings.
