HOT OLIVE POTATO SALAD 
4 c. diced, cooked potatoes
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. sliced green olives
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. onion salt
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Turn into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. A change of pace potato salad for those who like it hot, add a chopped jalapeno or two.
