BUTTERSCOTCH CRUNCHIES 
2 pkgs. butterscotch bits
1 c. chopped walnut meats
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles

Melt bits over hot, not boiling, water. After bits are melted, add nuts and noodles. Blend well and drop from teaspoon onto waxed paper. Let cool until hardened. If chocolate is desired, use 1 package chocolate bits and 1 package butterscotch.
