CORNBREAD II 
2 sticks butter, melted
3 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
6 tbsp. corn meal
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs

Melt butter in microwave. Add dry ingredients, milk and eggs. Mix. Make in greased 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Cool, cut. Can be made into muffins. Decrease baking time.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
