COLE SLAW WITH BLUE CHEESE
DRESSING
 
6 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. grated carrot
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/4 c. blue cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. caraway seed

Combine cabbage, carrot and onion. Separately combine remaining ingredients. Pour over cabbage and toss well. Refrigerate for several hours.
