FATHER'S CLAM SAUCE FOR
SPAGHETTI
 
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1/2 onion, minced
1/2 green pepper, minced
1 stalk celery with leaves, minced
1 can clams
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. corn starch

Saute onions, green pepper and celery in butter. Drain clam juice into pan and bring to a boil. Add Italian seasoning, garlic salt and the corn starch which has been blended until smooth in the 1/4 cup cold water. Bring to a boil and add clams. Serve over spaghetti of choice.
