RON'S LINGUINI AND CLAM SAUCE 
Great stuff!!! Don't forget the garlic bread!

1 (16 oz.) pkg. linguini noodles (or thin spaghetti)
2 (10 oz. ea.) cans whole baby clams (not minced clams though OK if you have to)
1 tbsp. minced garlic (or more to your liking)
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. basil (or oooopppps!!!)
3 tbsp. olive oil
salt (to your liking)
grated Parmesan cheese, for sprinkling

Cook noodles according to package directions or tenderness.

Empty clams into saucepan - do not drain. Add garlic, oregano, basil and olive oil to clams. Simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.

When noodles are done, drain and rinse. With a ladle scoop clam mix and pour over noodles. Sprinkle cheese over top of clams.

Serves 2 to 4.
