4 c. mashed potatoes, instant 1/2 c. light cream (canned milk is okay) 2 c. flour 1 tbsp. salt Mix above ingredients. Be sure potatoes are cold before adding flour. Roll out in small portions like pie crust using lots of flour on board and rolling pin. Bake on ungreased grill or electric fry pan until slightly brown on both sides. I butter it and roll bits of chicken or turkey rolled up inside, but real Scandinavians serve it with Lutefisk. |
