NORWEGIAN GOLD CAKE 
1 1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
5 lg. eggs
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla or almond extract

Beat flour and butter until creamy. Add eggs, beating 1 1/2 minutes for each egg. Add extract; add sugar mixed with salt and baking powder, slowly beating 2 minutes. Bake at 325 degrees in well greased and floured Bundt tube pan for 48 minutes until done. Sprinkle with 10X sugar.
