SUGAR CREAM PIE 
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
1 c. light cream (half and half)

Combine sugar, brown sugar, flour, and salt. Stir in boiling water. Add 1 cup light cream, vanilla, and cinnamon. Pour mixture into 9 inch pastry shell. Bake 10 minutes at 425 degrees then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 40 minutes longer.
