SUGAR CREAM PIE 
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1 pt. whipping cream
1 tbsp. butter
Sprinkle of nutmeg

In a bowl, combine flour and sugar. Pour in cream slowly, stirring with a wire whisk until sugar is dissolved. Melt butter and spread over unbaked pie crust. Pour in cream mixture. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
