SUGAR CREAM PIE 
1 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. heavy cream (I use half & half)
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil water with butter. Remove fro heat. Mix sugar, flour, salt and stir into above mixture. Add cream and vanilla. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
