HAM AND BEAN SOUP | |
4 cans chicken broth 4 cans water 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 (1 lb.) pkg. dry 15-bean soup 1 lb. ham (cubed) 2 stalks celery (cubed) 2 carrots (cubed) 1 onion Soak beans overnight in 1 tablespoon salt. Drain mix with other ingredients in large roaster pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 4 hours with lid on. 15 bean soup has small package of seasoning - add last 10 minutes of cooking time. |
