BACON AND PEAS 
6-8 slices bacon, fried & drained, diced (reserve fat)
2 c. cooked peas
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. bacon fat

Mix all ingredients and place in a greased casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
