GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. onion, fine
1 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
4 c. French style green beans

Melt butter. Add the next 4 ingredients and stir until thick. Stir in sour cream and cheese. Then green beans (the beans should already be cooked and drained). Pour into greased casserole dish and top with bread crumbs mixed with a little melted butter. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
